Orochi Contacts sent in a report regarding an unusually dense amount of Condition 4 energy. Investigators sent in by Orochi have either expired or been driven insane. Orochi has politely 'passed the issue' to the Council. Attached are the important (read: non-propagandized / white-washing attempts) from the Orochi reports. ~ Agent Erica Sanders
Shortly after the expulsion of Phoenician interests into the Park, passive equipment readings of Condition energy began to rise exponentially. Investigative teams were ineffective. Remote drones equipped with spectral cameras revealed five points of interest.Warning: All five points seem to contain high priority Condition 4's, specifically C4-X01 subjects. Origins unclear.Territories seem to contain small sections of the Park, suspected to be focal points of energy.
- Bumper Cars - C4-X01 seems to be able to manipulate the vehicles, and has been observed doing so for unclear reasons. Suspected attempts at warning other Conditions from its territory?
- Roller Coaster - C4-X01 seems to patrol the rail and platform. Not even local wildlife is able to approach platform safely. Condition seemed to recognize drone as an interloper and attempted to destroy. Had to retreat in order to protect data integrity. (addendum: Wraith identified as General George Custer)
- Maintenance Shed - C4-X01 has been seen lying in wait within the ground. It has been observed trapping Condition 17's in the soil and consuming them. (addendum: Wraith identified as Frederic, son of William H. Vanderbilt)
- Octotron - C4-X01 sits within the machine, and has been observed starting the ride. It will ride within one of the vehicles and decapitate Condition 17's while laughing. ( Personal Note: I think the Wraith might be insane on this one, Boss. ~ Agent Sanders ) addendum: (Wraith identified as Thomas Eddison)
- Sideshow Alley - C4-X01 seems to intentionally lure Condition 17's, as well as unaware foreign agents, with noise or movement. Spectral energy has been observed being torn from victims, though the Condition does not seem to devour the energy it gathers. Unable to get further information at this time. addendum: (Wraith identified as Ayn Rand)
Note: A recognizable Condition 4 has been observed wandering the Park, though it does not seem to be able to leave the grounds, though it shows no signs of hostility. Last seen at the Roller Coaster. Condition is suspected to be the shade of one Joshua Chamberlain; Born 1828, Deceased 1914.
I did some digging and managed to identify the wraiths, boss... but these guys are too big for a small team. They've got some oomph, and I had the anima burns to prove it. I suggest full on exorcisms rather than simple combat to deal with the Wraiths. I suggest a team, however, as these guys seem to be intent on doing more than just killing. There is something going on here, and even I'm not comfortable trying to snoop on my own.
